Remarks (June 2023):
Dinner (8 courses 嘉祥 kaiseki) at 北瑞苑 (懐石) 梅田店 in private dining room.
Nice food and spacious private room. Ikura, sea urchin, eel etc are all my favorite. The 和牛 was delicious.

Remarks (June 2023):
My lunch (June 25th) at Jasmine Garden (Imperial Hotel Osaka) just before going to 及川光博 concert venue.
This was actually my first time to have Chinese meal in Japan!
The way it's presented was very traditional Chinese style. I chose my favorite 'shark fin soup' as appetizer (whole rack of shark fin, nice!) Also, my favorite Japanese abalone (cooked in Chinese style), delicious. I also chose tofu to balance the taste with the other dishes.
In USA, there is shark dish also (shark steak).

Dinner at 鮨ふみ (おまかせコース Omakase course).  Tasty food & friendly chefs explaining the food.

 

 

 

美濃吉 (Osaka, Japan)

Remarks (June 2023):
Dinner at 美濃吉, 8 courses menu "紫陽花" (懐石). Delicious!
This restaurant attracted my attention because of the nice river view.
